Our SENCo, Mrs Robson and our Assistant SENCo, Miss Hetherington, both have extensive experience in working with Special Needs and have recently completed training on Autism and Social, Emotion and Mental Health alongside Effective use of Teaching Assistants.
When reviewing our SEND policy documents we utilise Educational Research and most recently used the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) guidance report on SEND in Mainstream and EEF's Effective use of Teaching Assistants to guide and support our SEND provision in school.
