Welcome to Reception and Nursery
We are the Early Years, where the foundations of learning begins.We discover our very own characteristics of learning and develop many skills as we grow. To help us do this, we have a Teacher called Mrs Ryan and a Senior Teaching Assistant called Miss Cook. We hope you enjoy finding out what special things we have been doing and the fun we have had too!

Sports Relief Fun! We enjoyed the activities organised by our school council. We ran 10 laps and completed a football treasure hunt. Well done everyone!
World Book Day! We all came to school in our pyjamas and listened to stories with milk and cookies. The reception children completed work about their favourite books and nursery chose one that was read in the library.
What a fabulous Christmas week - Parties, Nativity, Santa, Christmas lunch, and lots of fun!
Children in need - We had great fun dressing up in our colourful clothes and pjs today. We spent time in PSHE talking about our needs. “I need water, I need my mum, I need my sofa” etc. We related this how we would feel if our needs were not met. We decided it was important to share our money and that we were very fortunate.
