School uniform is a requirement at Burgh by Sands School. We believe that by wearing a uniform it gives children a sense of belonging and encourages them to be proud of being a pupil at Burgh by Sands School.
The School uniform consists of:
BOYS
- Blue school logo jumper or cardigan
- White or navy polo shirt
- Black or grey school trousers or school shorts
- Black or grey plain socks
- Black school shoes – NO TRAINERS
- Black school plimsolls
- Water bottle
- School reading folder (optional in years 3/4/5/6)
GIRLS
- Blue school logo jumper or cardigan
- White or navy polo shirt
- Black or grey school skirt or school trousers – Skirts must be knee length
- Black/white or grey socks or tights – These must be plain. No coloured or patterned tights.
- Flat black school shoes
- Black school plimsolls
- After Easter and before Autumn Half term, blue summer dresses may be worn with a school cardigan
- Water bottle
- School reading folder (optional in years 3/4/5/6)
P.E. KIT
- School yellow t-shirt with school logo
- Royal blue shorts
- School gym bag with logo (optional)
- Navy blue PE hoodie with school logo
- Plain navy blue joggers (no logo's or stripes and no leggings)
- Trainers for outdoor P.E.
NO JEWELLERY is to be worn. This includes earrings. Please ensure that ALL uniform is clearly labelled with your child’s name.
All children should also have a pair of black school plimsolls to wear inside school and for indoor P.E sessions
